Augmented reality solution that integrated industrial equipment modeled in BIM for digital placement in the remodeling work of an industrial building. The use of this technology made it possible to see, prior to installation, the different problems that could arise with the real equipment due to its large dimensions and small margin of manoeuvre, thus optimising the installation process and reducing time and problems during the process. After installation, the visualisation of the 3D models in augmented reality and their link to management systems, allows the solution to continue to be used during the operation and maintenance phase.
